[pkmn]: Steampunk!Wallace // Collab

So after a call with InkyBlackKnight it somehow got decided that I would draw the second half of their Steampunk!AU work. I believe it went something along the lines of "I can't draw Wallace" and me just laughing because all I seem to draw /is/ Wallace at this point. 
So, yeah - I drew Gym Leader Wallace with their pallette which was interesting considering it is so bright in comparision to my own tastes.
